Marty is Chief Operating Officer of Optimé, responsible for the overall management of our strategic client relationships with a strong focus on orchestrating resources to drive sustainable value for these clients. As a thought-provoking client leader, Marty helps Optimé’s clients achieve sustainable sales growth and people-development results.
Prior to joining Optimé in 2005, Marty had a proven track record of strong results in customer marketing and brand management. He spent over 10 years developing and implementing strategic plans to build and grow businesses against global brand equities for major Fortune 500 companies. As Group Manager Innovation with The Hershey Company he led large multi-functional teams through key strategic projects, shaping the future direction and diversification of the company’s brand portfolio. Leading collaboration initiatives with key customers Marty built product development and implementation plans directly tied to retailer specific strategies.
Marty holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario.
