In 1994, current Optimé Chairman, Hugues Gibeault, joined forces with his mentor and friend, and former member of the Management Committee at Procter & Gamble Canada, Tom Blake – to help sales professionals across North America build their skills and improve their results. This was the birth of Optimé International Inc.
