1) The Business Leader:

Their Primary Interest is Return on Investment (ROI). The Business Leader is the driving force behind the purchase, laser-focused on the bottom line. They prioritize solutions that offer tangible returns and are willing to allocate the necessary budget to achieve them.

To win over the Business Leader, your approach should emphasize the financial benefits and measurable outcomes of your solution. Arm yourself with concrete data, case studies, and success stories that highlight substantial ROI. Involve the Budget Approver from the outset, seeking their input on the decision-making process.
